GENERAL INFORMATIONS

In which countries it is possible to buy online 
At the moment it is possible to buy in the European Union and the United States.

I can unsubscribe from the Friz Newsletter?
Yes. You can update your preferences for email messages by clicking on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of our emails.

Where can I find the Gift Card?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Gift Cards online.

 

ORDER AND SHIPPING

How do I make sure I have placed an order correctly?
Once the order has been placed, you should receive a confirmation e-mail, which includes the order number and the billing and shipping addresses indicated by you.

I can track my order?
Yes. The updated status of your order can be tracked in real time. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.

I can remove items from my order?
No. It is not possible to cancel any item from the order after confirming the purchase. Items no longer desired can be returned free of charge within 7 days of purchase.

What do i do if i receive a wrong item?
If you have received a defective item or that you have not ordered, please send an email toinfo@frizanyways.it specifying the order number and the problem encountered.

The shipping address may be different from the country in which you reside?
No. The country of delivery must always be the same in which the purchase is made.

How long does the order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the mode selected. Standard delivery usually takes place within 2 working days in Italy, depending on your country the time may be longer. For more information, see our shipping page or contact us atinfo@frizanyways.it.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is free in Italy, x Euro for EU countries and x Euro for USA.

 

PAYMENTS

What payment methods can I use to make the purchase 
We currently accept the following payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, debit card.

Because my payment was declined?
Your payment can be rejected for the following reasons:
1. The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
2. You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to verify that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
3. You may have entered incorrect information. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
If none of the above reasons are concerned, please contact your bank.

How can I use my promotional code?
This promotional code is valid for one order on frizanyways.it only
This code is non-refundable and cannot be replaced in the event of a partial or total return of your order.
Please enter your promotional code by clicking on Enter a promotional code when viewing the shopping cart page. Then click on CONFIRM.MA”.

Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order, unless otherwise stated.
How can I receive the invoice for my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive the relevant confirmation email containing a link to download the invoice for your order.

 

RETURNS

How can I return an item 
Making a return is simple and free.

Contact us atinfo@frizanyways.it requesting the return. You will receive a prepaid label by email, then you only have to put the item to be returned in the box in which you received the order and attach the label on the outside covering any other shipping label. Take your package to a post office to make the return.
For your peace of mind, we recommend that you request a shipping receipt. We will send you a confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have processed your return and you will receive your refund within 10-14 days.

We remind you that you can make a return within 7 days of purchase.

I have to pay for returns?
Returns are always free. The only thing to do is to use the returns label provided in the return request email.

How long do I have to request to return an item?
All returns must be made within 7 days of the order confirmation email. Friz reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

How do I know if Friz has received the returned item?
When your package arrives at the warehouse and your return is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirming the refund.

When will I receive the refund for returns?
You will receive the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days of the arrival of your package at our warehouse, depending on your bank.

 

COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS

What can I do if I think I have ordered or purchased a counterfeit product?

If you think you have purchased a counterfeit Friz product, please contact us atinfo@frizanyways.it for more information. You can help us fight the illegal trade in counterfeit products and prevent other people from falling victim to this crime. If you suspect a retailer is offering counterfeit merchandise, don't hesitate to report it.
